Hello, my name is Meredith Forder and welcome to Clear Thinking.
I established Clear Thinking with the sole aim of helping others overcome worry, anxiety and stress by introducing them to a life-saving tool, which is their ability to manage their own mind.
We all have the ability to keep our mind calm, focused and within our control. We just need to learn the techniques and put them into practice.
When our mind is calm and focused, we can think clearly, reason things out, solve problems and decide what actions we need to take. But when our mind is troubled, disturbed or distracted in any way, it is impossible to think, no matter how intelligent we are.
