At Clear Thinking we investigate how many of life’s problems can be solved by simply learning how to think clearly—how to keep your mind calm, focused and within your control.

If you imagine looking at your image in a lake; when the water is calm you can see your reflection clearly, but when the water is disturbed you cannot see your reflection at all—it’s just a blur.

Our minds are like that. When our mind is calm we can think clearly. We can reason things out, solve our problems and decide what actions we need to take. But when our mind is troubled, disturbed or distracted in any way, it is impossible to think, no matter how intelligent we are.

Our mission is to provide an online resource where people can access free information on how to gain clarity, focus, peace of mind and happiness.
