Dear Lois,
Thank you Lois for your kind words. They mean a lot to me.

I'm feeling quite well today; have walked outside twice and after seeing the doctor in the morning am sure that I'll be released tomorrow.

Love,
Meredith

Hi Meredith - a great article you wrote, certainly a good reminder for me to spend quality time on myself.
Pleased your surgery went well & my very best wishes to you for a full and speedy recovery.
You have taken a very challenging experience you found yourself in and now dealing with it in a very positive way. A great example for us all. Good on you Meredith, well done.
Love, Light & Healing to you - Lois

Hi Anna,

Thank you for your thoughtful message. Paul has just gone home and I'm spending my second night in hospital; just me and my iPad! The surgery went well and I'm feeling remarkably good, but I guess that's thanks to the the pain killers! xo

Hi Meredith

Thinking of you with lots of love and wishing you a speedy recovery and lots and lots of reflection and contemplation and what is important in your life.

The article speaks for itself and I will print it out as a reminder for me to give "Myself" more time, as you so aptly put.

I was too busy to read this until just now. Recently we spent a weekend camping in the bush with friends. The boys went fishing, I painted on the beach, the girls cooked from the veggie garden and we all played music and told stories around the camp fire at night. That's what the video is about. That's what life is about. I'll send it to all the friends I was away with. Thanks Meredith.

This is so pertinent Meredith. People seem to ask: "How have you been? Busy?" I like to surprise them by saying; "No, I make a point of not being busy." or "Only having fun."

It seems that being busy is a badge of honour - to me it is a sign of poor time management.

Regards,

Jane

Hi Melanie,
Thank you for your kind words. It's interesting what you say about "the never ending cycle of chasing the next important thing" - if only we could stop, for a moment, and ask ourselves, "What am I really chasing?"

Best wishes,

Meredith
